About Jay Alexander
As a Managing Director of the San Diego Agency Division, Jay Alexander leads all activity for Agency transactions in San Diego. Through his integrated team they lead the marketing of premier office, industrial, research and development and biotechnology buildings.
Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Jay was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International. Throughout his 20 year career, Jay has specialized in office, industrial and research and development property marketing.
During the course of his career, Jay has transacted sales and leases exceeding $1.1 billion in value consisting of nearly 2,500 transactions.
Jay’s client list includes such notable real estate leases as Kilroy Realty, Brandywine Realty, Transwestern Investment Company, Collins Company, Rockwood Capital, GE Real Estate, Lankford and Associates, The Muller Company, Arden Realty and Rexford Industrial.
